• Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to provide smooth service.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Maintain the hotel's service standards and hygiene regulations.

Persyaratan

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in F&B service, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (both oral and written).
• Friendly, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Willing to work according to the company's schedule and system.
